We at Jiak 99 Pte Ltd, own and operate Jiak 99 as a F&B attraction and this document contains the terms and conditions governing your use of this website, any order or purchase of a product, ticket or booking made through our website or in person at our venues and you participating at our venues. By using this website, visiting our venue and/or participating in one of our activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Condition
Refund Policy
Jiak 99 has a no refund policy that is executed at the discretion of the management.
Tickets purchased through a 3rd party vendor would be subjected to their T&Cs and guests are required to contact the 3rd party vendor
Conditions of Entry
Admission price includes access to the venue, use of the space and food provided in the classic hawker experience and/or the Chef’s Table- Workshop of the Day.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests from venue for vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, queue line jumping, failure to properly supervise persons under your care, failure to follow instructions or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.
You also agree to allowing us to take photos within the venue, regarding the use of your image and likeness.
You are responsible for your own personal property.
Medical Condition
Please inform us if you have any dietary restrictions and we will try our best to accommodate the request, subject to available food products.
It is important for all customers to declare any of the above medical conditions when they are at our reception counter.
J.i.a.k 99 Voucher
Gift vouchers can be redeemed online or onsite.
Balance can be redeemed over multiple transactions until the total voucher value is used.
Balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for 90 days from date of issurance, following which they expire automatically.
Expired vouchers will not be accepted and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will no longer be available for use.
Jiak 99 reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
